Welcome to Scott lets, we are a family run business specialising in the renovation, letting and management of property. We strive to supply high quality, comfortable and affordable homes, which we have successfully achieved since 2010. As we are a small company, we pride ourselves in giving you a more personalised service.
We provide a mixture of student accommodation and family homes of all sizes. We have in recent years also started to provided HMOs (rooms in shared housing), and contactor housing throughout Hull.
Student Accommodation
Our student homes are between a 5 and 15 minute walk from the University. Most of our properties have been fully renovated in the last few years. All our accommodation is all bills inclusive, we take care of all the individual utility bills and the administration work, leaving you with just a single payment for your accommodation.
All properties are fully furnished, including a TV in the living room and appliances in the kitchen.
Family Accommodation
We have numerous family homes around the Hull and East Riding area. And as mentioned above, we pride ourselves with having a personalised service with our tenants, making it our mission to provide forever family homes.
This has resulted in a number of tenants staying with us for almost a decade, and other tenants upgrading their homes to larger properties within our portfolio.
